  Your role in the team

   

  Allstate Northern Ireland is seeking a talented Graphic / Motion designer who is passionate about design and communication to join the team, on a fixed term contract for 9-10 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative and results-oriented design / motion solutions that are consistent with Allstate Northern Irelands business and brand strategies. The Graphic / Motion designer will maintain the brand’s visual identity and standards as well as develop fresh and dynamic new visuals for the brand.

   

  The successful candidate will:

   

  • Work with the corporate communications team to design collateral to promote Allstate’s presence, services and products
  • Research, develop, design and produce materials for digital and print
  • Collaborate in the development of new project concepts and campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to existing brand guidelines and design within the brand identity
  • Shoot, record and edit video and photography work

   

   

   

  So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

   

  • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 4 years’ commercial experience in graphic design this should include:
    • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products
    • Experience with digital and print media
    • High proficiency in animation using After Effects
    • High proficiency in video production using Premiere Pro

   

  Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following behaviours:

   

  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills to collaborate with colleagues, partners and cross-functional team
  • Organised, self-directed, efficient and able to manage projects in a timely manner

   

   

   

  We also have some desirable criteria

   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Experience of Creative Cloud
