  Your role in the team

   

   

  The Agency Solutions Digital Integrations Team are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a full stack Developer to help drive the transformation from a TIBCO based Integration solution to a new tech solution on PCF.

   

  This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Java developer or a developer who has gone thru the full stack program and is looking for a new challenge.

   

  Digital Integrations sits across multiple business areas utilizing the latest development tools and technologies. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to get involved in the design and development of new applications and rearchitecting new solutions for existing Integrations within an agile SCRUM delivery environment.

   

  You will be supported by the existing Integration team as you drive change across Digital Integrations.

   

   

  • Drive the technical transformation from TIBCO based Integration solutions to PCF Java based Integration solutions
  • Provide architectural support to the team and product manager as needed
  • Implement stories defined and prioritized by the product manager
  • Apply best design principles such as TDD
  • Use and promote common development tools and practices within the team
  • Be involved in management level conversations around strategy and road mapping
  • Create and improve technical processes within a technical leadership group
  • Drive improvement and innovation across the business area
  • Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate risks/issues to manager, portfolio manager and delivery area as needed

   

   

   

  So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

   

   

  • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
  • At minimum 4 years software development experience including at least 1 years’ JAVA/JavaSpring experience
  • Experience with common development tools and practices (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory)
  • Have experience of Systems design either Functional and/or Technical

   

   

   

  The successful candidate must also demonstrate competency in -

   

   

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to form strong relationships across all levels
  • Leads and mobilizes others through uncertainty and change
  • Ability to Coach/mentor other tech resources globally, empowering collaboration

   

   

   

  We also have some desirable criteria

   

   

  •  Previous Integration experience – Database, REST, SOAP, EMS, SFTP, OBS, Vender Integrations
  • Kafka Experience
  • Knowledge of API Central, PAAS/Marketplace, Scality
  • Experience using Junit, Compliance buddy, Agent Smith
