    Your role in the team


    Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a crucial Allstate perimeter security tool which demands Tier 0 support.  It is used to protect key servers and applications.  The successful candidate will join a team with responsibility for both development and administration activities.  2FA is rolled out across the enterprise and the successful candidate will be interacting with people at all levels of the organization in support of projects. 

     

    • Work effectively with your peers in the Analysis, Maintenance, Monitoring and hardening of production systems
    • Administrative tasks such as monitoring, investigating response and support tasks related to the operation of 2FA
    • Development and maintenance of metrics to monitor and drive improvement activities
    • Setup, Maintain and Support Jump Servers
    • Managing certificate renewals

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on Windows Server environment e.g. 2008/2012/2016/2019
    • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Windows Monitoring and Alerts
    • Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience of Networks, Firewalls, Certificates etc
    • Demonstrate strong communication written and verbal skills

     

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Prior experience managing Two-Factor Authentication
    • Certification in an Information Security related area
