    Your role in the team

    We have an opening for an Entry level administrator to join the Talent Acquisition team.

    You will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team collaborating with the Talent Acquisition consultants and Senior Manager to support all their administrative duties and ensure a great customer service is provided to all candidates and business stakeholders.

    In this role you will also have the opportunity to develop recruitment skills through project work and candidate sourcing.

    You will be target driven and able to respond and manage within tight deadlines, applying the highest standards to your work at all times.

     

    • Recruitment systems administration
    • Preparation and posting of job adverts
    • Drafting and issuing candidate communication
    • assist with entry level recruitment
    • Scheduling of interviews and assessments
    • Preparation of interview guides
    • Management of references and background check process for all new hires
    • Report and metrics generation
    • Attendance at and supporting preparation for recruitment events
    • TA project work as required
    • Candidate sourcing as required
    • Other ad hoc tasks as required

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • A Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies,
    • Have a minimum of 1 year’s commercial administrative experience preferably within a recruitment environment gained in an under graduate placement or post graduate employment.
    • Experience using HR systems
    • Experience working to fast and moving deadlines
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Previous recruitment administration experience
    • Experience using Success Factors (SF)
    • Degree qualification at 2.1 or higher
