As an Oracle Applications Support Manager, you will have extensive experience within Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite, SaaS ERP and HCM) and broad experience of working with customers. This will be a leadership role within the ERP Managed Services Practice, working with teams across the UK, Ireland and India. The successful candidate will have a range of responsibility from pre-sales, through to delivery within the ERP Managed Services Practise. You will report to the Portfolio Director ERP Support Oracle Applications and work with senior colleagues across the delivery and commercial sides of the Practice and be part of a team of 400 ERP consultants across Version 1.
The successful candidate will have held senior management roles in the past working directly with customers or with other systems integrators, have people management experience and will be passionate about building and managing a global capability unit. This role will be fundamental in building and implementing a strategy of innovation to expand the portfolio vision. This will require a strong understanding of the customer to address customer challenges and understand the commercial balance required to incubate a growing capability. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of business models, operating models, financial models, budgeting processes and risk management.
This will be a high energy, high impact role that will require strong communication skills in order to confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders, the ability to resolve problems laterally and be comfortable balancing priorities across multiple assignments. This role may require some travel post COVID within the UK and Ireland to engage customers, understand their challenges and shape solutions. This role will also require experience working remotely with teams to build and deliver projects, lead assignments, and develop people.
