    We have exciting opportunities for experienced User Support Technicians.

    You will join an established and dynamic team committed to deliver excellent customer focused, IT support and advice to all customers. You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; you will be motivated and an effective communicator with the ability to work as part of a multi-skilled team.  You will use your investigative skills and initiative to resolve queries and service requests.  You will have the opportunity to develop your IT skills, knowledge and gain experience across a wide range of university systems, processes and policies.  You will create knowledge articles and work with colleagues across the department to improve the quality of information.

    You will be a trusted member of the team, working independently using your own initiative to find solutions to non-standard issues and requests.  You will offer effective and efficient solutions by diagnosing and solving IT faults, problems and access issues.

    Salary: £24,461 - £28,331 per annum
