    The Digital & Print Artist will be responsible for building, maintaining and releasing complex digital and print files for production hand-off. The includes building all assets to specs, creating and maintaining templates in support of digital and print style guides/brand standards, and maintain archive and version history for all files using approved naming conventions and standards. 

     

    •    Coordinate projects and program execution. Builds, maintains and releases complex creative digital and print files for production hand-off using current creative software platforms. 
    •    Identifies, clarifies and resolves complex problems in relation to creative digital and print files.
    •    Adapts projects and methods based on marketing and creative feedback.
    •    Collaborate with design team to implement changes in a timely manner, produces/uploads collateral to appropriate production software, using creative design skills, produces multiple versions of creative layouts, maintaining all history of revisions. Locks files down for further creative editing/revisions once final approval is received
    •    Research and share industry standards related to but not limited to web-development, user-experience, design, awareness of new coding frameworks. Maintains knowledge of current creative and publishing software and platforms. 
    •    Correctly builds assets using expertise in creative software platforms to all specs. Maintains production archive of creative assets and uses approved naming convention for assets 
    •    Create, design, maintain and update creative in support of digital and print style guides/brand standards.
    •    Completes daily operational duties: including developing status reports, timeline management, meeting coordination and participation, legal and key stakeholder communication and approvals, maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.

    •    Create production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code that is standards compliant and enhances usability/performance
    •    Create re-useable code and templates in support of digital style guides/brand standards and prototypes
    •    Adhere to process and engagement models for interacting with delivery partners (technology and business teams) as well as, Creative COE team members
    •    Adhere to and participate in the creation of standards for code quality, accessibility, and system performance

     

     

    So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

     

    • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
    • A third level qualification in IT/Multimedia or related field 
    • 3+ years related experience building, maintaining and releasing complex creative digital and print files
    • Advanced knowledge Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Sketch
    • Ability to create accurate physical samples, mock-ups and final digital files for release.Ability to follow directions from management and project leads within production, creative and marketing and handle corrections quickly and efficiently.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at once.
    • Able to work seamlessly with Digital & Print Production Manager, Head of Production and other leadership within the department. 
    • Strong attention to detail in own work

     

     

     

    We also have some desirable criteria

     

    • Technical HTML5, CSS and Javascript skills preferred
    • Working knowledge of photo/image retouching skills
