Your role in the team

Allstate is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (RTM Developer) to join our team. You will work alongside people as passionate and driven as you, focused on delivering best possible technical solutions and user experiences. As the Lead RTM application developer, you will set the standards and document them for RTM development in ACG. You will coach and mentor other RTM developers and enhance their capabilities. You will be the subject matter expert for everything related to RTM.
