  Business Services Organisation (BSO) is part of Health and Social Care (HSC) which is the largest employer in Northern Ireland with approximately 70,000 staff covering all elements of the delivery of Health and Social care. BSO provides a broad range of business support functions and specialist professional services to the Health and Social care sector.

  BSO Information Technology Services delivers world-class enterprise IT services including overseeing the delivery of a range of transformational technology-led programme and projects across all HSC organizations. 

  We have exciting opportunities within our Operations function.

  The ITS Operations Service Manager will be part of a Senior Management team focusing on delivering a range of services and solutions to our customers. They adhere to the principles of Service Management allowing better understanding of business needs whilst at the same time managing realistic customer expectations.

  We also hope to generate a waiting list for future opportunities.

  Salary: Band 8B (£53,168 - £62,001)

  Location: City Centre, Belfast

  Full-time staff are eligible for 27 days leave on entry, plus 10 statutory and public holidays.
