You will be working with one of our newest clients and potentially one of the largest if growth continues! This isn't a normal role as it is a secondment into our client before coming into a Version 1 team next year.
This role will be done remotely from Belfast for future projects and your Scrum team will be dispersed.
You will be responsible for driving forward the Scrum team and fostering an environment of high-performing dynamics, continuous flow, and continuous improvement.
You will oversee the backlog and Sprint Planning, co-ordinate the Story Readiness and Story Estimation as well as the Sprint Ceremonies. You will monitor and report Sprint progress and progress towards major milestone releases.
