IT Support Administrator, Google-Suite, Global Technology

  • A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support clients core business functions by deploying applications that enable their people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients.

    Responsibilities

    As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to

    • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

    • Be involved in the financial management of clients

    • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

    • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

    • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

    • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

    • Train, coach, and supervise staff

    • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

    • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

     


    PwC IT is delivering the G Suite solution to PwC Member firms as a globally managed IT service. In doing so, there is a requirement of ongoing maintenance and support from administrators experienced with managing large, multinational G Suite deployments.

    Administer Google G Suite

    • Perform Drive content ownership changes, email routing rules & content compliance / log searches

    • Drive domain whitelisting

    • Service account creation, email domain whitelisting, TLS configurations, trouble ticket triage, user management and account fixes, group management

    • Chromebox management, OU creation, addition and verification of configurations for new domains, install approved applications and services, manage service setting changes

    Provisioning

    • Support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, and administer firm supported global provisioning tools

    • Assist with provisioning groups and any other managed resources (e.g. room resources) supported by the Google G Suite platform.

    • Provide territory consultancy to convey understanding of G Suite domain for operational purposes.

    • Support implementation of the operational strategy of the G Suite service

    Essential Technical Skills

    • Understanding of IT Service Management processes

    • AD/LDAP Experience

    • Understanding of operation of Single Sign On

    • Lotus Notes experience

    • Understanding of GCDS

    • Mail delivery SMTP

    • Strong complex troubleshooting skills within a global support team

    • GCP experience (advantageous)

    • Knowledge of how to use APIs (advantageous)
