• Business Services Organisation is part of Health and Social Care which is the largest employer in Northern Ireland with approximately 70,000 staff covering all elements of the delivery of Health and Social care.

  BSO provides a broad range of regional business support functions and specialist professional services to the Health and Social care sector. This includes enterprise IT services including overseeing the delivery of a range of transformational technology-led programme and projects for use by all HSC organizations.

  BSO Information Technology Services has a requirement for senior project managers to lead and take responsibility for the management and delivery of large complex Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Programmes and Projects. They will be responsible for engaging with other projects and organisations impacted by their projects and programmes.

  The post holder will work closely with customers to ensure the successful management and implementation of new initiatives to support Digital Health or other ICT solutions which have the potential to fundamentally transform services. The successful applicant will be an information technology professional with experience of successful project delivery.

  BSO ITS have a number of other 8A Project Manager roles coming up in the near future. The intention is that a waiting list of suitable applicants will be created from this recruitment and used to fill those roles where appropriate.

  Salary: Band 8A (£41,995 - £49,476)
