Job Description
The Discovery Consultant will be responsible for driving delivery and administration for Discovery tools within the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) team. They will be required to operate in a key technical position, effectively balancing the demands of day to day operations with strategic planning alongside leadership.
This role will provide the opportunity to deliver solutions that will make an impact across the enterprise and for many key stakeholders. It is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a global team enabling infrastructure strategic solutions for Artificial Intelligence Operations, Event Management and Total Cost of Ownership.
The successful candidate will be the primary technical administrator for Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS), Flexera App Portal and ServiceNow Discovery tools. They will be responsible for driving delivery and administration for these tools within the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) team. They will also be required to ensure best practice and pragmatic solutions are embedded throughout the team’s discovery capabilities and delivery outputs.
