At Aflac Northern Ireland, our people are central to our strategy. In an industry shaped by constant and fast paced change, adaptability isn’t optional — it’s essential.
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Culture, you’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, people leaders across NI, and key stakeholders in our parent company in the US to shape and deliver a learning strategy that fuels performance and future growth. Designing and delivering training across all levels of the organisation, including partnering with external providers to create bespoke, high-impact solutions where required.
You will allocate your time across both Northern Ireland and US-based projects — collaborating, sharing best practice, and co-creating impactful learning solutions that drive performance on both sides of the Atlantic in support of enterprise-wide strategy.
