    Job Role / Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly experienced CRA Privacy Advisor to join our Cyber Risk and Assurance team. This client-facing role also includes responsibility for internal privacy and data protection initiatives. You will provide strategic privacy advisory services to clients and support Integrity360’s internal compliance with privacy regulations and frameworks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a virtual Data Protection Officer (DPO) for clients, providing strategic privacy guidance and oversight.
    • Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and advise clients on handling personal and sensitive data.
    • Support clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with privacy regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27701, ISO 27018).
    • Develop and implement privacy governance frameworks tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Advise senior stakeholders on embedding privacy by design and default across business operations.
    • Conduct privacy audits, risk assessments, and maturity reviews.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to scope privacy engagements, develop proposals, and respond to RFPs.
    • Provide internal privacy leadership, ensuring Integrity360’s operations remain compliant with applicable laws and frameworks.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and emerging privacy risks, advising on appropriate responses.
    • Deliver privacy training and awareness sessions internally and externally.
    • Travel nationally and internationally when required.

     
    Desired Skills & Experience

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Proven senior leadership experience in privacy.
    • Minimum 6+ years in a data privacy role.
    • Strong experience engaging with C-level executives and boards.
    • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate concepts into business terms for diverse audiences.
    • Expertise in privacy legislation and frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27701, ISO 27018)
    • Strong technical understanding of PII and data flows.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven capacity to manage complex projects, handle uncertainty, and prioritise in dynamic environments.
    • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic view.
    • Relevant privacy and security certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or equivalent.
