We are seeking an expert in Programme Management to join our team. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in pre-sales, specifically leading programme management within complex bids. A strong background in public sector engagements is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the Government Competitive Dialogue procurement process.
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading portfolios of projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Programme Delivery: Ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, achieving the agreed outcomes.
• Leadership & Governance: Establishing and maintaining an effective management and leadership structure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders and clients at both IT and business leadership levels.
• Business Development: Identifying and securing opportunities to grow the account, including contract extensions and new business engagements.
• Team Management: Leading and motivating teams, clearly communicating strategy, and inspiring collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

• Securing opportunities to expand the account, including new business development.
• Utilising senior client feedback to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
• Proven experience in at least one programme lifecycle (e.g., waterfall, agile, consultancy).
• Practitioner-level qualification (e.g., MSP).
• Public sector procurement experience.
• Expertise in leading the Programme Management aspects of competitive tenders.
• Ability to develop comprehensive proposal plans, text, and narratives to support programme delivery.
• Must be based in Northern Ireland.
