    Based on significant growth in our Northern Ireland Technology practice, we have immediate demand for experienced professionals who have experience in delivering Oracle Fusion ERP solutions to clients.     Your key responsibilities

    • Own and lead work streams of activity within client engagements and manage teams of Consultants and Analysts
    • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud, Performance, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management and Time & Labor implementation expertise
    • The candidate will work with our core business SMEs and technology teams to develop initial designs for configurations, configure prototypes, and lead configuration workshops for the Oracle Cloud solution
    • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and management of configuration/prototype workshops
    • Helping to build, configure and test integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and JPMC internal systems
    • Serve as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technology specialist offering technical consulting expertise and guidance to our project teams
    • Complete the work assigned within the allocated time
    • Ad-hoc responsibilities & tasks based on changing priorities

    Skills and attributes for success

     

    To qualify for the role;

    • 3 to 5 years experience as an end user with functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
    • 5+ years’ experience configuring and implementing Fusion HR
    • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred
    • Minimum of 1 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
    • 8+ years of HCM implementation experience andcurrently working with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM
    • 5 years experience leading project delivery teams in all aspects of the SDLC with an emphasis on cloud-based solutions
