About the Organization:
The Data and Regulatory Operations Group operates in over 20 countries, supporting Markets, Security Services, Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Personal Banking & Wealth Management. We enable client lifecycle transactions, instrument data management, and non-financial regulatory reporting.
About the Role:
As the Lead Analyst in Data and Regulatory Operations, you will design, implement, and maintain data systems to support decision-making processes. You will analyze large datasets to ensure data timeliness, integrity, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics projects, defining data needs and creating project plans.
- Conduct strategic data analysis, deriving actionable insights and presenting clear data displays.
- Mine and analyze data to optimize processes and enhance data quality.
- Translate data into insights for targeting and segmentation, communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage risks, upholding Citigroup’s ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Advanced analytical and business strategy skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
- Experience in financial services analytics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter with proven team collaboration skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
