The Accelerator team is responsible for the development of the platforms which enable Agio to provide great service to our clients. One of our key objectives is to leverage AI, ML, Data Science, and automation technology to extend the functionality of our platforms beyond their native capability.
As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform.
This role requires the candidate to reside in Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Health Management:
- Regularly monitor the health, performance, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow environment.
- Address any issues promptly to maintain optimal system functionality.
Incident Investigation and Troubleshooting:
- Investigate incidents and requests related to ServiceNow and its capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Service Catalog Management:
- Create and maintain Service Catalogue requests, streamlining workflow tasks.
- Automate processes to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Data Management:
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other integrated systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Feature Deployment and Release Participation:
- Actively participate in deploying new features and ServiceNow releases.
- Validate functionality and provide feedback.
Architectural Controls and Impact Analysis:
- Assess new requirements and provide architectural guidance.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on the existing ServiceNow ecosystem.
Continuous Learning and Research:
- Stay informed about ServiceNow products and relevant integrated technologies.
- Explore best practices and industry trends.
ServiceNow Architecture Maintenance:
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the ServiceNow architecture.
- Optimize stability and usability through regular maintenance.
Integration Management:
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., Active Directory, Jira).
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
User and Group Administration:
- Administer ServiceNow users and groups.
- Maintain access controls and permissions.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements within ServiceNow.
- Proactively implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Previous hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and an understanding of its capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges promptly.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of ServiceNow workflow and flow designer.

- Good understanding of ITIL principles and processes and how they relate to an MSP Environment.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- High degree of accuracy in recording and reporting system-related information.
