  Your future duties and responsibilities
  
  You’ll join a collaborative team working on supporting the delivery of digital transformation in a key client. It is a long term role leading scrum teams. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with your time split between home working and our Belfast Office.
  
  Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
  
  

  • Strong software delivery experience in the public sector, ideally into Justice or similar.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Essential for conveying ideas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring that all team members and stakeholders are on the same page.
  • Strong Empathy: understand and relate to the perspectives of team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements is critical in the dynamic environment of Agile projects.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to managing and resolving conflicts effectively will be vital in maintaining team harmony and productivity.
  • Agile Mindset, Growth Mindset: Setbacks and failures are part of the game when trying new ideas and conducting experiments. The Scrum Master must teach the team to accept failures and encourage them to keep learning from the experiments. Adapting Agile Mindset sets the Scrum Master in a position to be able to help the Scrum Team.

  • Code development ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, ALM, RALLJY).
    
    

  Desired/Nice to have:
  
  

  • Qualified Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent.
  • Experienced JIRA user.
  • Solid understanding and experience of team leadership in a Saas functionality delivery environment, including testing and managing across the various development environments.
