We are looking for a passionate, customer service oriented individual to join our Customer Marketing team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in enhancing conversion rates, and overall customer experience through targeted email campaigns and automation strategies.
About the Team
Rapid7’s Customer Excellence Team is responsible for building insights, customer knowledge, and marketing programs that help Rapid7’s customers get value from our products and services. This role sits within the Customer Marketing team and is highly focused on customer engagement programs that promote customer engagement and retention, increase customer expansion and drive loyalty within our customer base.
About the Role
As the Customer Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting communications to Rapid7’s customer base.
In this role, you will:
Manage creation and segmentation of essential marketing emails and notices to current customers
Assist in internal and external outreach for customer stories, inclusive of case studies, testimonials and quotes.
Partner with Go-to-Customer teams to generate new advocates.
Organize report results of advocacy insights and results.
Act as an evangelist for the customer, and advocate for a customer-first mindset
The skills you’ll bring include:
B2B marketing experience with an email marketing tool, like Marketo
Highly customer focused and oriented
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing
Ability to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
High degree of emotional intelligence, able to empathize with customers and nurture relationships with them
Strong written and verbal communication skills
