How You’ll Support Our Mission
As a Recruiter, you will be involved in preparing, sourcing, screening and hiring across the business for technical and non-technical roles. You will have experience of full-cycle recruitment and helping teams hire at scale without compromising on quality. This role will partner with our other Talent Acquisition team members on a variety of projects and initiatives to continue to build and scale ESO’s Talent Acquisition strategy.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be part of our People team based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
What You’ll Be Doing – the day to day
- Recruit and manage full-cycle recruiting process: attract, identify, engage, evaluate top talent
- Support departments across the organisation for open roles located in Northern Ireland
- Identify, explore and execute effective tactics for sourcing, connecting with and screening candidates in order to build a strong and diverse pipeline
- Advise on job descriptions, role profiles, scorecards and offer packages based on the position, company requirements and market while ensuring we maintain a high close rate and market competitiveness
- Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience, act as an advocate for both candidates and the organization
- Support and help grow the company’s diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Help raise ESO’s profile in the local market through hosting and attending recruitment events, attending meetups and other industry specific events, building relationships with schools, colleges and universities and other relevant organisations
- Ensure adherence to recruitment compliance, e.g. right to work documents etc have been received and verified as part of the recruitment process
- Working with the local People team on the ECNI Annual Review and Article 55 Review
Who You Are - some of the essential things required to be successful in the role:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in full cycle recruiting, from a corporate and/or agency environment
- Experience identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches; familiarity with various sourcing tools / techniques
Who You Are – it’s desirable if you have any of the following;
- Experience recruiting within a software company
- An interest in employer branding and community engagement
- Working knowledge of ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
