    Job Description

    The Sales Enablement Executive is responsible for creating and managing sales enablement content that supports the sales team in achieving their targets and effectively communicating the value proposition of Version 1 service offerings. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales representatives, subject matter experts, marketing teams, and service proposition leads, to develop compelling and relevant content that aligns with the sales strategy and objectives.

    • Support the development of comprehensive and engaging sales training guides, battlecards, playbooks, and other resources that effectively communicate our service offerings’ features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and service propositions leads, to gather information and insights for the creation of training materials.
    • Ensure sales training content aligns with the company's sales strategies, objectives and company branding.
    • Continuously update and refine sales training materials to reflect changes in our service offerings.
    • Support content management efforts, including organising, categorising, and maintaining our centralised libraries of enablement assets.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather raw content, such as case studies, project write-ups, testimonials, and customer success stories.
    • Convert raw content into well-structured and compelling first drafts that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
    • Develop training content and materials to support sales team onboarding, service propositions training, sales methodologies, competitive positioning, and other relevant topics. Collaborate with service propositions leads and marketing to train and upskill sales and customer-facing teams with go to market strategy on new service offerings. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support the delivery of effective training sessions.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership and commercial operations to identify sales enablement needs
    • Assist in the planning and execution of sales training programs and enablement sessions.
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather input, insights, and feedback to ensure that sales enablement content effectively addresses the needs and challenges of the sales team.


    • Experience in sales enablement, sales training, content management or sales support role. Proven track record in creating high-quality sales training materials, such as guides, battlecards, playbooks, and presentations.
    • A highly motivated professional with a proven track record of achievement in developing, managing, and delivering sales enablement content projects whilst driving results through commercial experience.
    • Strong understanding of sales organisations, processes, methodologies, and customer buying cycles.
    • Ability to perform in uncertain environments and drive initiatives with independence.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and concise messaging.
    • Proficiency in using content creation and content management tools, such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint
    • A highly energetic, creative and driven individual with a capacity for making things happen.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
