    The Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team manages and strengthens CTI’s internal employee engagement, culture, onboarding, as well as talent and development initiatives. The team elevates knowledge and understanding of organizational changes and structures within CTI, ensures awareness of technology strategies across CTI and Citi, and drives user adoption through change management and impactful technology marketing.

    Job Overview:

    The Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.As the End User Service BYOD Mobile Service Product Manager you will be working on our Mobile Services products that are a part of the day to day work life of Citi’s workforce of ~330,000. Collaborating with team members you’ll take products and new features from beginning to end in line with our product governance processes. You will deploy new products maintain and enhance existing products drive awareness and usage and measure the product performance ensuring positive user experiences delivered at the optimum cost. You will drive the product inception and improvement process seeking continuous improvement on product service levels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers
    • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
    • Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
    • Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members
    • Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
    • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
    • Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
    • Drive the product inception process for new products and upgrades by preparing the business case and feasibility study, defining the service offering and catalog, enabling technical certification and product implementation by key partners, collaborating with the Product Marketing team to develop the communication strategy and roll-out approach, detailing the product offering, and preparing the product rate card
    • Benchmark new product opportunities across metrics such as cost, quality, capability etc. and enable product adoption mechanisms by checking for market-competitiveness, standardization potential, supportability and scalability and turn-around times
    • Develop Product Roadmaps that are endorsed by key partners
    • Create enhancement opportunities by reviewing existing metrics, analyzing trends and performance dashboards; strive for continuous improvement in product service level targets and offerings
    • Drive increase in product adoption by reviewing adoption rates and taking remedial action in cases of low or below target adoption agreed by key partners and then actively track and monitor performance against these targets
    • Track the delivery of strategic product programs and decommissioning of non-strategic products and conduct annual product assessments with all parties/teams involved in the product lifecycle.

    Stakeholder Management and People Responsibilities

    • Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams by providing mentoring and training to junior members of the team
    • Actively contribute towards self-development by creating and following development plans based on discussions with management
    • Manage escalations and senior level communications during high severity incidents
    • Act as a liaison between various technology groups, project teams, marketing, and the business providing direction and support on product inception and adoption
    • Provide role clarity and set clear performance expectations that measure success, engaging team members with the priorities for the function and acting as the technical point of contact for new products and technologies.

    Education:
