Principal HR Transformation Consultant
Job Description
As a Principal Human Resources Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting HR transformation initiatives which are a key part of our approach to delivering Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS application implementations.
You will work closely with our client’s Human Resources and Payroll teams to understand their vision and desired outcomes.
Although you will be working predominantly on projects where Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS or JD Edwards technology is being implemented for clients, you will not be expected to be an expert in the capabilities of the tool but rather your focus will be on you working closely with clients to understand their human resources processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic roadmaps.
Oracle experience is NOT mandatory for this role. The role will suit you, if you have worked on Human Resource transformation projects previously and understand the challenge of embedding transformative changes. You do not necessarily need to have a history of working in a consultancy.
