    Who are we looking For:

    Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes Developer with strong analytical and technical ability with experience in ETL technologies like Abinitio, Talend, Spark, DB2 and Oracle. Able to work independently, good communication skills.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Experience with data mapping / transformation projects using the tools Ab-Initio, Talend ,Spark

    • Excellent time management, verbal and written communications skills, as the job entails simultaneously managing multiple projects with and stakeholders.

    • Solid knowledge of SQL in the context of a major RDBMS such as Oracle, DB2, UDB.

    • Experienced in dealing with XMLs, JSONs (including schemas)

    • Comfortable with Linux environment and has ability to create automation shell scripts as needed.

    • Proactive attitude, ability to run projects with minimal direction given the geographically distributed nature of the team

     

    Knowledge/Experience:

    • Experience in Abinitio Talend,Spark,

    • RDBMS – Oracle/ Db2 /SQL Server

    • Quick learner of new tools and technologies

    • Knowledge in Big data/ Hadoop is a plus.

     

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrable experience in Abinitio, Talend.

    • Working knowledge on Web based application architecture

    • Good working knowledge of script based programming languages e.g. Python

    • Experience in API and KAFKA messaging.

    • Working experience in a Batch Processing Environment and continuous flow

    • Technical experience with activities involving heavy reliance on data analysis skills, including data conversions, systems integration, reporting, business intelligence, or data warehousing very helpful

    • Scheduling tools like Autosys,  korn,

    • Well versed with automated testing

    • Agile Experience
