We are Northern Ireland’s leading bank.  And whilst we are proud to hold this title, we are so much more than a bank, we are a community.  We are a Bank that lives and breathes our values, committed to helping our customers, colleagues and society thrive.

We believe in what we do.  Diversity and Inclusion isn’t just something we talk about, we actually understand the benefits of diversity and see it as a strength.  We want our talent to come from a variety of backgrounds, not because it’s the right thing to do but because it makes us stronger.  After all, our customers come from all walks of life, so should our colleagues.

Is sustainability as close to your heart as it is to ours?  Did you know we are an environmental leadership award winning bank with a focus on sustainability and a desire to help our customers go green?  Having achieved the platinum standard in the Northern Ireland environmental bench marking survey and biodiversity charter, we have gone one step further and have set ourselves a target to be net zero by 2050.

And on top of all that, we have a long history of supporting local sporting talent through Danske Bank Ulster Schools’ GAA, Ulster Schools Rugby and we are proud to have been the first bank in Europe to sponsor both mens’ and womens’ premiership football.
