    Are you an organised and passionate individual who takes pride in doing every task well?

    Do you want a role which combines administration and finance within a fast pace and friendly team?

    Our Digital team are looking for an administrator on a permanent basis to work in our (nearly) brand new Belfast office (when government restrictions allow).

    This is an exciting opportunity to join the award-winning Digital team supporting them with one of their largest key accounts.  The role will focus on supporting our consultants ensuring the impeccable service we offer our client is performed seamlessly.

    Qualifications

    Our client is one of our biggest and longest running accounts, valuable to PA and our consultants. We would like you to support with administration behind the scenes, ensuring the account is organised well and any discrepancies are managed effectively and quickly. You will ensure PO’s, invoicing, chasing payments are actioned. You will ideally come from a background where you have worked on projects in an administrative role, used to the demand and priorities which come with it. A client-focussed professional, you will have opportunity to build relationships with clients, consultants and other corporate staff well of all varying levels.

    You will receive full training and lots of introductions will be set up for when you join, ensuring you are fully integrated into the Belfast team.
