Locally based digital transformation company Version 1 is seeking to fill over 80 open positions at its Belfast headquarters and recently held a successful Careers Open Night where potential new recruits got the opportunity to meet the team and experience the NI offices at Lanyon Plaza firsthand.
Hailed a ‘huge success’ by Peter Ruck, Head of Talent Acquisition for Software Engineering, Managed Services and Ireland Public Sector & Utilities at Version 1, the Careers Open Night was also an opportunity for experienced tech professionals to learn more about the exciting opportunities on offer and get a real sense of what it is like to work at Version 1.
One of the key highlights to come from the event was securing 8 new hires, with many interviews still ongoing. “This reflects the success of the evening and how well it resonated with those in attendance,” Peter reflects.
The response to the event was overwhelmingly positive, with Peter reporting a turnout of over 150 people who registered and attended. “With everything that has been happening in the industry recently, it felt great to be a part of a positive story with the focus on a company which is growing and offering new opportunities,” Peter explains.
