Funded by Department for the Economy within the Connected NI programme, Belfast Met College is delivering a breakfast seminar aimed at local business and will offer insight on how machine learning can be best applied within the private sector and how HE/FE can assist in this emerging technology area.
It will be led by Martin Naughton from Belfast Met who is the College's emerging technology specialist. Martin will discuss how local companies have applied machine learning and provide an introductory understanding to how it works to demystify the technology.
Niall Haslam, Chief Technical Officer at Axial 3D will also provide a briefing on the award winning company’s journey with AI and machine learning and uses in medical 3d printing.
This event is ideal for business owners and professionals who have heard the hype around machine learning, however aren’t sure how they might apply it to their own business.
There will be opportunities for discussions and for Q&A at the end of the presentations.
