The session explores innovation in a real‑world business context, from identifying opportunities in your sector and strengthening your brand story, to using PR, partnerships and affordable marketing tactics to build awareness. It’s designed to help SMEs move beyond clarity and turn their brand into traction, using simple approaches and meaningful metrics that support sustainable growth.
This event will be led by Duncan Burgess. Duncan, is a brand strategist and the founder of Totally Harmless and Rebel Lemon, helping businesses get clear on who they are and what makes them different. He’s known for a practical, down‑to‑earth approach to brand strategy, cutting through the jargon to give businesses simple tools they can actually use.
