In conjunction with Ulster University and North West Regional College the Northern Ireland Social Care Council is delighted to facilitate exciting and innovative free interactive learning and development events to promote technology as an enabler to:
• personal development and learning
• the management and delivery of care and support to our most vulnerable citizens
These events will support participants to be aware of current and potential Assistive Technologies and to engage with digital learning resources, specifically, the Social Care Council’s digital Learning Zone.
Participants will be able to use these events to enhance their Continuous Professional Development.
In addition to 4 short presentations participants will have the opportunity to tour the Ulster University’s Innovation Lab.
At the event participants will have the added opportunity of engaging with the Experience IT tech tour van. This tour will include interactive demonstrations of the latest developments in assistive technology research.
