Liberty IT appoints new Senior Director of Talent

  • Liberty IT, has appointed Emma Mullan as the Senior Director of Talent.

    Emma joined the company in 2013 and has held several positions during this time including Talent Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, Talent & Development Manager and most recently Director – Talent Management. She is also co-Executive Co-Sponsor of Liberty IT’s Women in Tech employee resource group.

    The senior appointment comes during a period of sustained growth for Liberty IT which creates software, service and solutions for its parent company, Liberty Mutual Insurance, in support of its world-leading insurance products and services.

    In her new role, Emma will lead the Talent and Communications function and will be actively involved in the overall business strategy and direction as a member of the senior leadership team.

    Speaking about her new role, Emma Mullan said: “It’s a very exciting time for the company as we continue on the growth trajectory that we have been on over the last number of years.
