"Each person brings something unique to the table, with a wide range of skills, experience and knowledge. Our new recruits will help us to deepen our expertise in digital product and service design as well as support our reputation as a leading design studio across the island of Ireland.
:Each of our new team members really buy into what we’re trying to build here. Big Motive has gone from strength to strength in recent years and we’ve been able to bring our expertise to sectors where great design can drive innovation – like digital healthcare, as an example. But we’re also seeing clients across government and the private sector increasingly focus on the needs of citizens and their concerns – big issues like sustainability, social inclusion, and education.
"We believe that design can accelerate positive change in these areas so it’s really exciting to meet the opportunity with such a talented group of new team members. Needless to say, we’re excited about what’s in store in the next few years."
