SeedLegals, a platform which lets founders and investors easily create, negotiate and sign all the legal agreements they need to complete a funding round, has launched its Northern Ireland operation. It's aim is to help local businesses scale and grow.

The expansion of operations into Northern Ireland will offer support to startups and scaleups in the region, transforming the way they raise funding. Overseen in Northern Ireland by Michael McDowell, Northern Irish companies will be able to complete their funding rounds dramatically faster and entirely online, perfect for a hybrid way of working post-pandemic.

Commenting on the expansion, Anthony Rose, Founder and CEO of SeedLegals said: “Northern Ireland’s startup scene is already strong and we expect to see more exciting startups founded there in the next few years. We’re delighted to be supporting emerging tech talent by helping founders raise investment quickly and easily to grow their companies from an aspiring startup to successful business.”
