Commercial fit-out firm McCue has partnered with two local tech firms to launch its sustainability strategy through a new employee engagement app.
Thrive.App and software solution, SustainIQ are collaborating with McCue to help capture data across all sites and calculate the company’s impacts across four key pillars of its sustainability efforts; Procurement; Planet; People; Place.
SustainIQ's software tool helps organisations to monitor, measure and report on their social, economic and environmental impacts across the whole organisation.
Thrive's communication platform Thrive.App was launched last year after the Covid-19 pandemic began, as it allows businesses to rapidly deploy their own comms service for staff working remotely.
Data and reporting will be captured through SustainIQ and reported to staff at McCue using the Thrive.App, to increase their awareness and engagement with the company’s sustainability agenda.

So far, 90% of staff in McCue are actively using the Thrive app and receiving company notifications, and 79% of these users engaged in the communication about the launch of the new sustainability strategy.
