Antrim's Texthelp acquires global EdTech Wizkids

  • Antrim-based edtech, Texthelp has completed the acquisition of Wizkids, a global education technology company specialising in accessibility tools and data synchronisation. 

    The deal follows Texthelp’s recent acquisition of the Lingit Group in March. 

    Martin McKay, Founder and CEO of Texthelp said: “It is fantastic to be able to welcome WizKids into the Texthelp family. Jonas and Uffe have built a great business that is helping struggling students and busy administrators across Northern Europe.
