Dublin-based NetSuite Solution Provider, OSSM is hosting an online event on Wednesday 16 June 2021 to help Irish and UK medical device installation companies boost growth and reduce administrative costs, by using cloud-based field service management software.

This event is aimed at educating decision makers from medical equipment and device companies about the ways in which field service management can be simplified and employees empowered to work more efficiently.

Companies will be advised on how to improve resource scheduling, track inventory, stay compliant and deliver real-time operational reporting. Attendees will also be informed on how medical device companies can improve their customer experience and drive revenue.

Roger Gribbin, Director for OSSM said, “Managing a highly specialised workforce can present challenges for providers of medical device services. Cloud Technology is the way forward and more and more companies with field operations are swapping manual and spreadsheet processes for an integrated solution to run their businesses.

"A smart drag and drop scheduler, for example can dramatically increase efficiencies, both for back-office and field-based teams. We will share experiences of helping businesses move their field service operations to the next level using cloud technology," he continued.

Tania Large, Next Technik Global Channel Partner added: “The event will be a game-changer for people working in the medical devices field, particularly if their internal processes involve spreadsheets and manual processes and reporting. Attendees will learn how the right technology can empower field technicians and transform customer engagement through automated processes, reduced costs, and improved communications.”

Event attendees will have the opportunity for a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
