Ulster Bank has been shortlisted in seven different categories for this year's Contact Centre Network NI Awards for its work adapting to Covid-19.
Contact centres may not be the most glamorous side of the tech and business world, but they have been the site of significant innovation this year as they were forced to adapt to the Covid-19 disruption. The annual Contact Centre Network NI awards showcases companies and individuals that excel in their roles.
This year's awards have a particular focus on how firms managed risk during the coronavirus pandemic. The majority of UK contact centres have had to move to online models or close their doors, and some firms adapted better than others. The final winners of the awards will be announced at an award show on Thursday 10th December.
