High-end office facilitators Glandore will host a free virtual event this Thursday (21 May), bringing together three successful Irish entrepreneurs to share business advice during the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

‘From Business Woes to Business Wins’ will see Jamie Heaslip, Allan Beechinor and Yolanda Cooper divulge some valuable lessons from their own experiences of overcoming challenges through resilience and innovation.

Rebecca Kelly, director at Glandore said: “We hope our speakers’ stories will resonate with and inspire many of our member businesses and help them as they face challenges head on in these worrying times.”

Dubliner Jamie Heaslip is an Irish rugby legend and now head of brand for Flender, a firm enjoying considerable success in bringing investors and businesses together.

An investor in several successful companies across multiple verticals, on his retirement from professional rugby he went on to work in Google full-time and dealt with some of the biggest advertisers in Ireland.

Belfast-based Yolanda Cooper is the founder of WE ARE PARADOXX, a high-quality and now worldwide beauty brand with environmental and social responsibility at its core.

Allan Beechinor, CEO and founder of Altada Technology Solutions has over 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and data science.

He is one of few technologists to feature in the Gartner cool vendor list, Magic quadrant and industry leader board for Privacy Management within two years, doing so concurrently with three different privately-owned companies for a specific use case.

Allan was a key contributor to help develop the first MSc for Artificial Intelligence in Ireland. He contributed to the white paper ‘Irish Programme for Government for AI’ which was published for the Minister for Innovation.

Henry Daly from Glandore added: ‘We invite all those interested in hearing and learning from these outstanding entrepreneurs to join us at 3pm on Thursday 21 May on Zoom, for what promises to be a very positive experience, and a great boost as our members and the general business community start to return to our new normal.

“These business leaders will surely demonstrate that, despite business woes and setbacks, there are more business wins and interesting challenges ahead which we will all overcome, with a little luck and lots of tenacity. Welcome to the Glandore Webinar Network series of events!”
