CareerEncode: Free NI open nights for aspiring tech apprentices

  • CareerEncode is working with companies across Northern Ireland, offering higher level apprenticeships to grow their tech teams. The next open nights for the schemes will take place in Ballymena and Belfast.

The apprenticeships allow school leavers and career changers to get a degree without student debt.

Successful applicants will learn on the job with the support of an experienced professional mentor. They are paid a salary whilst they study for their foundation degree; earning while learning.

According to CareerEncode, jobs requiring digital tech skills command 61% more than the average salary in Northern Ireland.
