Electric Ireland has been ranked the best energy supplier in Northern Ireland, according to a new survey from independent consumer body, Which?
Electric Ireland, which has been operating in NI since 2001 was placed top of the list based on Value for Money and the availability of Digital Tools in the Which? Annual Energy Company Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Which? said it ranked energy suppliers based on bill accuracy, customer service and value for money. The company added its survey “aims to provide unbiased and independent advice to consumers across a number of consumer markets”.
Electric Ireland, who were also voted joint first in the 2019 survey, is part of the ESB Group which has supplied energy to households across the island of Ireland for 90 years.
