Teamwork.com, a software as a service (SAAS) provider which counts Disney, Netflix and Spotify among its expanding global client base, has substantially upgraded its regional office in Belfast to make it the largest Teamwork.com office outside of its Cork headquarters.
The extensive interior fit-out, which was completed by privately owned contractor, GRAHAM, took 13 weeks and covered circa 8,870 sq ft of space. It has provided the high-growth technology company with a contemporary regional office in Laganview House, and expects to accommodate up to 85 development and technical support staff over the next two years.

GRAHAM Contracts Director, Stephen Johnston, said that the company were experienced in transforming historical buildings into modern office space, in this instance providing Teamwork the platform for continued growth in the specialist software sector.
He said: “Laganview House now features state-of-the-art design, modern facilities and collaborative workspace, which will promote a connected and creative company culture that undoubtedly matches the ambition of Teamwork.com.”

Teamwork.com invested £930k into the refurbishment project, which is located on the corner of Ann Street and Oxford Street in Belfast. The scheme was delivered in partnership with Virtus Project Management, Michael Barrett Partnership (QS), Henry J Lyons (architect) and OCSC (M&E).
