LinkedIn's Mark Stewart to address ConnectHR event in Belfast this month

  • LinkedIn's Mark Stewart has been announced as a key speaker at the upcoming ConnectHR event on October 17th.

When it comes to the world of global HR, there's no bigger name than LinkedIn. With over 380 million members around the world, the platform has played a pivotal role in the HR ecosystem of the tech and digital sectors. Understanding how to use LinkedIn to its fullest potential has become a mandatory skill for any company's HR department if it wants to compete in the modern business world.

Mark Stewart from LinkedIn's Talent Solutions team has just been announced as a key speaker at the upcoming ConnectHR event in Belfast this month. Mark has over 20 years of experience in Hardware, SaaS & HR, and will discuss best practices for employer branding along with inside tips for building and executing a successful brand strategy on LinkedIn.

ConnectHR is being run by the same group of organisers as April's massively successful Disrupt HR Belfast event, including WiserWorking, Sync NI, and Wellington Professional Recruitment. It will be an important touchstone for Belfast's HR leaders six months on from Disrupt HR and will feature a similar format with a focus on the power of employer branding.

The event will take place in just a few weeks on October 17th in Catalyst Inc's Innovation Centre in Belfast. It starts with snappy ten-minute talks offering expert insights, followed by a break-out research workshop and a peer networking session with refreshments. There will be no sales pitches, just real insights from experienced HR leaders.

Tickets are still available via eventbrite but the event is limited to just 50 spaces so HR leaders are encouraged to get their tickets early to avoid missing out on the opportunity. For more information about the event and the full lineup of speakers, head over to connecthr.co.uk.
