Warrenpoint software firm RentPro rebrands to Tilt

  • Warrenpoint-based property software firm RentPro has invested in rebranding itself to "Tilt" following a successful year, with growth plans for the future.

When Northern Irish software firm RentPro was established back in 2004, most commercial property management software was complicated and difficult to use. The company was formed in Warrenpoint to tackle this issue with a new software product designed to be intuitive and with a high level of support for clients, with a high potential to export across multiple markets.

The firm has developed cloud-based solutions that cover the property management field, with solutions for individual landlords, letting agents, estate managers, housing associations, and even investors looking for a return in the property market. With this wide range of client types, the former name of RentPro didn't really cover the company's entire spectrum of offerings.

Following a successful year that saw a 20% rise in sales of its cloud solutions, the company has announced that it's invested in a rebrand to its new name Tilt Property Software. It's hoped that this will help it reposition itself in the market and continue to grow the team in the future.

Tilt Co-founder Diarmid Sloan believes that this year's success is due to its personal partner-based customer service: "Our approach has always set us apart from other providers, and as a result of the success we’ve experienced, another developer has recently joined our team. As a growing business, we are committed to building on our success and firmly positioning ourselves as one of the UK and Ireland’s leading property management software providers."
