FlowLens hires new Head of Sales for its cloud MRP platform

  • Belfast-based cloud MRP firm FlowLens has announced that it's hired a new experienced Head of Sales as part of its ongoing expansion plans throughout the UK

Equipment manufacturers and providers can often have inefficiencies and blockages in their manufacturing pipelines and business processes that cost the company money or make life difficult, and it can be hard to see where these problems fit into the bigger picture.

Every manufacturing company needs some kind of system to keep track of everything and figure out how these problems affect the overall business and help it make business decisions, and that's where FlowLens comes in. FlowLens provides cloud-based MRP systems for equipment manufacturers and dealers that puts all of that information in one place.

FlowLens also includes customer relationship management systems, and integrates with existing software such as Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, and Mailchimp. Its online dashboard covers the entire pipeline from sales and stock data through to production, invoicing, and generating reports, and is designed to save large companies money and help small companies organise and compete more effectively.

The firm has announced that it's hired a new Head of Sales Paddy Hearty as part of its ongoing growth plans, with aims to expand its service across the country's SME manufacturing sector. "I've seen how manufacturing companies struggle with visibility of their information," said Paddy, adding that "Flowlens puts everything in one place. It's a huge time saver, but it also means businesses can trust the information they're getting rather than various versions scattered across spreadsheets and in people's heads."
