  • The latest UK Best Workplaces ranking published by Great Place to Work has highlighted Neueda as one of the top 30 workplaces in the UK with a 95% staff approval rating.

Global business research initiative Great Place To Work published its annual UK "Best Workplaces™" list each year, with awards for companies of all scales that create welcoming work environments for employees. The 2019 awards took place recently and named a number of NI tech companies as top places to work across the entire UK.

Neueda placed number 28 in the Medium company category, which highlights companies with between 51 and 250 employees. The Belfast-based IT company was also extremely highly rated by staff, with 95% recommending it as a great employer and saying that it's a friendly place to work.

92% of staff said they were proud to tell others they worked at Neueda, 96% said their manager treated them with respect, and 97% reported that management trusts people to work without looking over their shoulders. Areas of improvement were identified in the promotion of work-life balance, with 88% of staff agreed that the company encouraged them to maintain a balance.

Neueda’s Head of Culture and People Lisa Sweeney commented on placing in the list, saying: "Nurturing a great culture for our employees is just part of our DNA. It goes way beyond social activities or perks. Our culture is about supporting employee wellbeing, about ensuring our people feel valued and fulfil their potential. We see the results through our people every day – they’re motivated, willing to challenge and take risks, share knowledge and develop their skillset at every opportunity."
