NI's first e-commerce conference launches in May

  • The first dedicated e-commerce conference in Northern Ireland, eComm Live 2019, is gearing up for launch on May 2nd 2019.

A growing number of businesses in Northern Ireland are offering their products and services online for increased convenience and digital reach, and most of us now buy things regularly online rather than in retail stores. Making the leap to online sales and marketing can be daunting for many businesses, and even those that already sell online could benefit from the experiences of other firms.

That's where eComm Live 2019 comes in, with talks on topics from user experience (UX) design in e-commerce and search engine optimisation (SEO) to digital advertising, marketing, and even the potential of using AI to improve e-commerce. There will be talks from a variety of speakers from different business backgrounds and open panels and discussions.

The conference is set to take place in the Life Church centre in Belfast City Centre on May 2nd 2019, and tickets are on sale now at https://www.ecomm.live from £99 per person. A full listing of the speakers and schedule is also available on the website, along with details of limited sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.

The event's founder Kevin Traynor said: "The event will be a celebration of excellence across the entire e-commerce industry in the UK and Ireland. It will be our first conference dedicated entirely to e-commerce professionals, entrepreneurs, product and platform providers, digital marketers and agencies – or anyone who wants to learn about selling online."
