Belfast's Adoreboard launches CX revenue platform and joins Software NI after NVIDIA GTC selection

  • AI-native firm Adoreboard, which helps global brands link customer experience to revenue, today announces its membership of Software NI as it launches its CX predictive intelligence platform. At its heart is Customer Revenue Impact, a measure that ranks every captured customer experience by the revenue it puts at risk or stands to gain.

The platform enables enterprises to quantify customer trust from any channel and predict the revenue impact of improving or building on specific experiences. Global brands, including The Bicester Collection, which runs 12 luxury shopping outlets across Europe, China and the US, use it to see what a poor experience costs, decide which fixes matter most, and make the case for change in financial terms.

Software NI is the voice of Northern Ireland's software sector. The membership follows Adoreboard's recent selection at NVIDIA's annual GTC summit, where its platform was recognised for accelerated feedback analysis that quantifies trust and revenue impact.

Neil Hutcheson, CEO at Software NI, said: “It’s fantastic to have another Belfast born company Adoreboard join Software NI. A core part of our mission is to help home grown members to grow here and around the globe. Adoreboard already partners with recognised brands, and is exactly the type of the high potential company we want to see accelerate on their own mission.”

The announcement coincides with CX Day 2026, whose theme this year is "Good CX delivers better outcomes for customers, employees, and organizations". Forrester has highlighted that only half of CX teams can successfully link CX metrics to business outcomes, a gap the platform was built to close.

Aislín Cathcart, COO of Adoreboard, said: "Our customers were asking, 'how do I show the ROI of my CX programme, and propose business cases for change in the language our board understands?' We listened to that need and created Customer Revenue Impact, a measure built on data science and trust that quantifies the cost of poor experience and signals which  actions to take first based on revenue impact. Now CX speaks the same language as the rest of the business, and the impact of its work is reported in financial terms instead of just its NPS."

Adoreboard will showcase the platform at the Engage Customer Summit, taking place at Evolution London on 7 and 8 October. CX leaders who want to see it in action can book a demo at www.adoreboard.com/demo.
