DailyPay, the leading On-Demand Pay platform and financial wellness solution, today announced that Adam White, Senior Director of People & Talent, will become Site Lead of its Belfast Office, effective October 31, 2026. This appointment reflects DailyPay's growing commitment to hiring and developing talent in Northern Ireland.
As Site Lead, White will oversee day-to-day operations for the Belfast office and lead DailyPay's talent strategy across Northern Ireland and the UK. The office has grown to more than 150 employees since opening in 2021, spanning engineering, product, client success, operations and people teams.

White joined DailyPay's People Operations team in 2022 as the team’s first UK hire. Over the following four years, Adam’s remit expanded to global responsibility for the people and talent functions across both the US and UK, building out the global people function—a role he will continue to hold alongside his new position as UK Site Lead.
